| Bar/Bat Mitzvah Calendar Coordinator | From Home | Full year | Responsible for checking bar/bat mitzvah date requests which were submitted through AC website on a weekly basis. Communicates with the parents who are requesting date in a timely fashion to notify them of availability. Records Bar/Bat Mitzvah dates on a Google calendar. Shares the calendar with the office. | Bar/Bat Mitzvah Melava Malka/Gift Coordinator | From Home | Beginning of year | Organizes grade Melava Malka and gift for Bar/Bat Mitzvah students. Is responsible for working with administration to coordinate Melava Malka (food, entertainment, speaker, setup, cleanup & running the event). Also responsible for collection and organization of payment and order forms, distribution of gifts, and communication with parents.
