School Money Program
Arie Crown will once again be administering our required gift card program. This program will enable the school to secure additional funding, while at the same time offer parents the opportunity to earn credit towards their tuition costs.
How it works
Arie Crown utilizes RaiseRight, an online system where parents can buy gift cards from a variety of vendors. Each vendor then issues a percentage rebate on each purchase to the school. For example, a family can buy a $100 gift card to Home Depot on RaiseRight. Home Depot offers a 4% rebate on purchases which means that from that $100 purchase, Arie Crown will receive $4. All orders will be recorded by RaiseRight and shared with the school so each family account can be accurately tracked.
Guidelines
- All families with children in Kindergarten through 8th grade are required to earn a minimum of $300 in rebates that will be credited to the school during the course of the school year.
- Half of any additional rebate earned above and beyond the $300 minimum requirement will be credited to a family's tuition obligation for the next school year (i.e. a family that earns $400 in rebates will have fulfilled their $300 minimum requirement, and $50 of the additional $100 earned will be credited towards their tuition for the current school year). Graduating parents will be issued a credit for that same amount for the current school year.
- If a family does not meet the minimum of $300 in rebates by the end of the school year (June 30), they will be billed for the remaining balance due.
Instructions
- 1. Each family will need to create an account with RaiseRight. To do so navigate to www.raiseright.com and enter enrollment code: E7A82B2L51571
- 2. Once you have followed step 1, the RaiseRight website will walk you through the set-up of your actual account.
- 3. You will then need to set-up your secure online payment account in RaiseRight. This is the only method of payment Arie Crown will be accepting for orders made through RaiseRight. The school does not accept check orders.
- 4. Once your account has been created, you can order gift cards on the RaiseRight website.
