Through FACTS
Our financial aid application process is administered through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment, a secure online system designed to make applying for tuition assistance easier, more efficient, and confidential. FACTS conducts an independent financial analysis and securely shares the results with Arie Crown’s Financial Aid Department, which makes all final decisions regarding scholarship awards.
2027–2028 applications are open to current families with students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade. To reach us, please email financialaid@ariecrown.org

How to Apply
Applications open: February 3, 2027
Deadline: Monday, May 10, 2027
- Complete your online application at FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.
- Upload all financial documents requested by FACTS. Applications will not be considered complete or eligible for review until all required supporting documentation has been submitted. If applicable, be prepared to provide Schedule 1, Schedule C, Schedule E, and any K-1 forms listed on Schedule E.
- Include all children. Your application must list every child in your family enrolled in a tuition-charging educational program (Pre-K through 12th grade), not only children attending Arie Crown.
- Filing a tax extension? If you are filing an extension for your 2026 taxes, you must notify the school at financialaid@ariecrown.org and submit your complete 2025 tax return along with all 2026 W-2 forms to FACTS. Without notifying the school, your application cannot be verified.
After you receive aid: Families receiving financial aid are required to report any increase or decrease in annual income of 10% or more to the Arie Crown Business Office. Changes in income may result in an adjustment to an existing scholarship award.
JUF Right Start provides financial vouchers to eligible Chicago-area families enrolling a child in a Jewish infant, toddler, or preschool program for the first time. Families are encouraged to explore the program’s eligibility requirements and available benefits.
The Heerey Scholarship, generously provided by the Bernard Heerey Family Foundation, offers additional tuition assistance to qualifying families. Eligible families may receive a scholarship of up to the equivalent of one full tuition amount for a student in grades 1–8.
